Your delivery will be scheduled when your tank is about one-quarter full. With automatic delivery, you will never have to worry about managing your heating oil deliveries or propane deliveries again.

Q. Can I customize my deliveries?
A. Yes! Your preferences are kept in our system and sent to our technicians before each delivery. You can also choose between “call ahead” (where we phone before we deliver) and “no one home” service (where we make your delivery whether or not someone is around.

Q. What’s the difference between FREE automatic delivery and “Will Call”?
A. With Will Call delivery, you will have to track your heating oil or propane levels yourself; you’ll also have to schedule all your fuel deliveries. When you call for a fuel delivery, you will be served on a first-call, first served basis. With automatic delivery, you’ll get priority service over Will Call customers – a benefit that can really come in handy during unpredictable Massachusetts weather.
