In 1924, Amos Holden opened a station with a few gasoline pumps on Lynnfield Street in Peabody as a side business with the family farm located there.
The Holden Oil station has grown and evolved over the last 90 plus years in both products and services offered. Today, it is still the home base for the Holden Oil family.

Everyday: 6am – 10pm
Propane Refill Station Hours
Monday – Friday: 7am – 6pm
Saturday: 8am – 5pm
Sunday: 1pm – 2pm
While our business has expanded a great deal since 1924, the values we started with still remain. We offer courteous and friendly service at a propane filling station that can meet a lot of needs for the folks of the North Shore.
